01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Member" or "Player" means an individual who has registered an account and agreed to these terms.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a member on the lemon88 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means additional value credited to a member's account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" means the activity of placing bets on games or sporting events through the lemon88 platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, account features and support facilities provided by lemon88.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the lemon88 platform, accessing any page on this website, or using any of the services offered, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published by lemon88 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact customer support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

03 Registration and Account Management

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

lemon88 account registration is only permitted to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily in their own name, not on behalf of another person.
• Not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Having the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is only permitted to hold one lemon88 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, IP address or payment method is prohibited. lemon88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Information

Members are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. lemon88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad), to verify a member's identity before processing any withdrawal.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

lemon88 accepts deposits via various local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of members. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 regardless of the payment method chosen. All deposits are credited to the account once transaction confirmation is received from the relevant payment provider.

• lemon88 does not charge any processing fee for most deposit methods, though some methods may be subject to charges from third-party payment providers.
• Members are responsible for ensuring deposit transactions are made using an account or wallet registered in their own name.
• Deposits made using a third-party account will be declined and returned, subject to deduction of any applicable administrative fee.
• lemon88 reserves the right to hold deposit processing for security review purposes.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested by members whose accounts have been verified and whose balance is sufficient. The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM50. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the withdrawal method and the duration of any security review.

All withdrawals can only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the member's lemon88 account. lemon88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

lemon88 reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests if there are signs of suspicious activity, a bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements, or account information that is incomplete or inconsistent.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

lemon88 offers various bonus programmes to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus value can be withdrawn.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your total balance to RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Or if you deposit RM1,800, you receive a bonus of RM888, your balance becomes RM2,688, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• lemon88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all related accounts being terminated.
• The VIP programme with weekly cashback — Bronze through Diamond — has its own terms stated in the VIP section of the platform.

07 Game Rules

All games offered on the lemon88 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo and others — operate according to rules set by the game developers and lemon88 policies.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a fair system and cannot be altered by any party, including lemon88.
• Any technical issues during gameplay will be investigated, and lemon88 reserves the right to void affected bets if a technical problem is proven to have influenced the outcome.
• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• lemon88 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any game at any time.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value of each game is determined by the respective game developer.

08 Member Conduct

lemon88 members are expected to interact with the platform and other players in a respectful and responsible manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses.
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks through a bank or payment provider.
• Using offensive language, threats, or harassment towards support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another member's account or lemon88's internal systems without authorisation.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activities (money laundering).

lemon88 reserves the right to take immediate action including account suspension, balance withholding, and referral to the relevant authorities if any of the above prohibitions are breached.

09 Account Suspension and Termination

lemon88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, suspicious activity, or unauthorised transactions.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the stipulated period.
• Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, lemon88 reserves the right to withhold the entire balance in that account. Members who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may submit an appeal via our support email.

Members may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the lemon88 customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

10 Limitation of Liability

lemon88 strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, lemon88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connection failures on the member's end.
• Hardware or software failures on the device used by the member.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their password secure.
• Legitimate betting losses in accordance with game rules.
• Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

lemon88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

lemon88 collects and processes members' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published separately. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, members also agree to the data processing terms set out in the lemon88 Privacy Policy.

Members' personal information — including name, identification card number, mobile phone number, and payment details — is collected solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. lemon88 will not sell or disclose members' personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulatory obligations.

14 Governing Law

lemon88 operates under relevant international licensing. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international gambling regulatory laws.
